IMPORTANT TOMORROW---- >>>>>> Digital Learning Day Video (Embed Code available below) March 13th

The Digital Learning Day momentum is building with well over 1,000 activities on the map! NC, WI, MI CA, AR and TX are coming on strong with enthusiasm points, with more very close behind (RI and several others!)   Attached and cut below is the embed code for Friday's webinar. Many states/districts/schools are embedding the video into their site and encouraging their schools and districts to watch in lunch rooms, etc.  This a great opportunity to watch the live stream on Friday, March 13th at 1:00 PM.

This should be a very easy request of your web designer. Begin the cut HERE...

Fun volunteer stuff!

ISTE Unplugged<http://www.isteunplugged.com/> is June 26 - July 1 in Philadelphia, PA. Each year hundreds of educators interested in social media, technology, teaching, and learning gather to build and participate in "unplugged"-style activities as a part of the ISTE<http://www.iste.org/> (International Society for Technology in Education) conference. Each activity is detailed on the website<http://www.isteunplugged.com/> and has a Facebook event you can join.

All ISTEUnplugged.com<http://isteunplugged.com/> events are free, thanks to the support (and latitude!) given us by the conference organizers and by our sponsors. Maker Day, the Hack Education unconference, and the Hack Education after-party (see below for all) are open to anyone as they take place before the formal ISTE conference; the events during ISTE require that attendees be registered for ISTE. A HUGE thanks to ISTE for making this all possible, and to StudyBlue<https://www.studyblue.com/> and Shutterfly<http://www.shutterfly.com/> for sponsoring the unconference and the Saturday evening event!

Friday, June 26th - MAKER DAY: Still being planned, but we will be holding an all-day, hands-on, student and teacher maker day. We could still use some help building a fun day, so if you or someone you know has interest in helping, send them my way!  (steve@hargadon.com) It would be fun to find a sponsoring organization or two as well.
