Every Student Succeeds Act

Dear Members of the New Jersey Education Community,

The New Jersey Department of Education is seeking the valuable input from all school community members around the state as we develop a plan for how to implement the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) in a manner that best supports our students’ success.

A series of public listening and learning sessions will be held across the state to provide one of many opportunities for interested community members to share their comments and ideas on the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) and how the law should be implemented within New Jersey. For more information about ESSA and to register to attend any of the initial public listening and learning sessions visit http://www.state.nj.us/education/ESSA/.

Please also note updates to our website and email us at any time with updates, feedback, concerns or questions at ESSA@doe.state.nj.us.

Thank you
