New Officers,
New Position, New Member, Tech Award Presented Alan Taylor, previously a Member-at-Large on the Board, has accepted the new position of Web Administrator and will work with Stephanie Harakal, Web Publications, in developing a new look and new features for the NJAET website. Look for the unveiling of the new website at the annual fall conference on October 14, 2008. The board welcomes Sandi Paul from Old Bridge Township Schools as the newest member of the Executive Board. Sandi's appointment as a Member-at-Large is effective immediately. Julie Johnson, a second grade teacher at Greenbrook School in South Brunswick, was on hand to receive her plaque as the 2008 NJAET Technologist of the Year. Julie also received a check for $1,000. Congratulations Julie! We look forward to hearing your presentation at the annual fall conference at Georgian Court University. NJECC Digital
Learning Institute This year the NJECC "Digital Media Institute" has been renamed the "Digital Learning Institute." The workshops are on June 24, 25, and 26th at Montclair State University.
